Rose Ann Pollard passed away unexpectedly at Seaforth Community Hospital on Monday, December 28, 2015, while visiting family for the Christmas Holidays. Rose was born on April 30, 1964 to parents John and Mary Van Loon, both of Seaforth. She moved to Guelph to attend University and made the city her permanent home after graduating.

She is survived by her brothers Jack and Rob Van Loon, sisters Helen Van Loon (Bruce) and Jo Cronin, as well as a nephew Corey Cronin (Deanna), niece Dana Cronin and great nephew James Cronin.
Rose will also be missed by her co-workers at Valcom Manufacturing in Guelph, as well as her large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Cremation is taking place and memorial visitation will be held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Saturday, January 2, 2016 from 1 p.m. until the time of Rose’s memorial service at 2 p.m.
